TRSA will be holding their annual end of season BBQ on Sunday 18th November. This will be a perfect opportunity for you to unwind, have a yarn about the year that was and see everyone in sweat free clothes (possibly not of the running variety).
The morning will kick off at 10am with a scavenger hunt for all ages, followed by a BBQ from midday. Come for both or just come for lunch – you choose!
We will be putting on a spread of food including vegetarian and vegan options. There will be a small cost per head of $10 per person (children free) to cover the cost of the catering. Please bring cash to the event. It will be a BYO event and you’ll also need to bring a chair (or two).
If you are having trouble, arrive approximately 20 minutes early and ask around for help on how to set it up. If you know how to load a GPX file into Galiello please do that before coming.
For iPhone users – the “download gpx” link wont work if you click it from within facebook. You need to open the safari app on your phone, visit trailrunningsa.com, and go from there.
If you would prefer not to use Galileo, a printed map is also available by clicking the print map (PDF) button next to the map below.
16km medium course notes
Please find some runners notes to assist you with enjoying the Social run on the 16km loop. Distances are approximate, as you know everyone’s watches, phones, GPS gadgets etc don’t always read the same even though we have run the same course. Hopefully you have the course map on your watch or phone and you can use these notes in conjunction with that.
