Join Jackie from B3 Massage and Movement for a 90 minute class to learn about different ways to enhance your training, tips for the best recovery , and how to manage and prevent injury. This will be the second of three classes offered as a series and numbers will be limited to 12 per class so you’ll get one on one help and answers to all your questions.
Cost: $20 per class or $55 for all three classes
