After a very successful session in October, Toby from Form Physiotherapy is offering another FREE introduction to downhill running on trails for TRSA members. The session will follow on from Cleland parkrun and will be based on the Long Ridge trail and is free of charge.
Cleland’s Long Ridge is a neat trail to hone your downhill running performance. We will help you craft the ability to let go and fly downhill. It requires particular muscular strength, but also a technique and head space to match. This session will focus on the technical skills and mindset to be efficient and faster downhills. Come and warm up with the Cleland Park Run and stick around for the downhill running masterclass. This is an introductory session and is suitable for all runners. Bring your running gear, water and a hat/sunnies. See you there.
