We are inviting our members (and guest) to join Toby Moen from Form Physiotherapy for a quick 45 minute session at Victoria Park. Toby is one of our favourite guest speakers but this session isn’t just about listening – Toby has planned this session as an interactive one! Best of all its free.
Sometimes you just can’t get out for a run. Maybe the weather is cruddy, you don’t have your gear handy or you don’t have much time. You might even be holed up in an airport transit lounge itching to move! Toby’s keen to show you how to get properly puffed in ten minutes flat. Learn to blow off steam and load up your system with high intensity interval training tailored for runners.
When: Monday the 20th of March at 6.30pm for 45 minutes.
Where: Victoria Park/Pakapakanthi – meeting at the corner of South Terrace and East Terrace (there’s plenty of free car parking available here).
Bring: Exercise clothes, a drink bottle, an exercise mat (only if you have one) and spent up energy.
Cost: Free. Well that is not entirely true. You will spend at least 150 calories of energy.
Weather: If it is raining, bring a jacket.
