Date: Wed, 19 September 2018
Come and join us at the Astor on Wednesday 19th of September from 6pm as Mick Keyte and Pauline Seaman, two very enthusiastic members of our trail running community, share their insights into trail running from two very different perspectives.
Mick, an avid trail runner, running coach and ironman, will join us on the back of a recent trip running the Eiger in Switzerland and the Pyrenees. He will share his recent experiences and provide some insight into adequate nutrition to get you through your runs. You can see Mick’s profile here.
On the flip-side we also have Pauline, TRSA committee member, trail running advocate and unquestionably one of the best supporters in the trail running community. She will provide a sneaky look behind the curtain to see what it takes to be the ‘behind the scenes stalwart’ who not only puts up with, but supports a partner who loves trail running and ultra-marathons as much as we all do.
Doors open 6pm for a 6:30 start. $10 for nibbles to be paid in cash on the night. Please RSVP for catering purposes (and dietary requirements) by Sunday 9th of September via the following button
