1. All runners complete the initial outside lap
2. All runners then commence a second lap of the outside lap
3. Upon reaching the drink/aid station on this second lap:
a) Short Course runners run directly to the Finish
b) Long Course runners turn left to rejoin the outside loop, run this loop back to the drink/aid station then run the same direct route to the Finish that the Short Course runners did
Short Course: 11km
Long Course: 15km
All of this will be copied into the Race Briefing, which will be out in a few days’ time.
