October Monthly Challenge – Run Your Age
This month’s challenge is linked to last year’s Run Your Name challenge, but this year you will be ‘running your age’.
Each letter of the alphabet is worth a set number of kilometres, based on where the letter sits in the alphabet. A = 1km, B = 2km, C = 3km, D = 4km and so on.
You need to run one letter per day in order of the spelling of your age. You can miss days, but the order must remain the same, and you cannot complete two letters in any given day.
If you are ten, you would run 20km for the letter ‘t, then on another day you would run 5km for the letter ‘e’ and finally you would run 14km for the letter ‘n’.
Post evidence of completing this challenge onto the TRSA Monthly Challenges Facebook page to be in a random draw to win an entry to a TRSA event of your choice.

December Monthly Challenge – Christmas Photos on the Trails

Merry Christmas and enjoy the holiday season!
