Anstey Hill Recreation Park is nestled in the North Eastern foothills and is very popular with locals. Check out the historical Newmans Nursery ruins, old quarry, silver mine and gun emplacement or the abundant wildlife, including Western Grey Kangaroos, Koalas and a variety of birds. A lot of the trails are fire track, but there are also sections of single track. Anstey Hill is home to one of the hilliest Parkruns in Australia.
South Australia’s largest not-for-profit, community-based trail running organisation.
