Start on the Yurebilla Trail from the car park on Brown Hill Creek Rd and turn off at Tilley’s Hill Road. There is an old tunnel, bridge and the Old Mitcham Waterworks well to look out for. The climb over the hill is steep but the view from the top is amazing. Thanks to Claire Sims for coming up with this loop as part of the Tuesday night TRSA Social Runs.

The park’s narrow creek flows through a steep sided valley with majestic river red gums, (some more than 300 years old). This area was once a favourite camping, hunting and gathering ground for the Kaurna Aboriginal People.
Large river red gums line Brownhill Creek while blue gum woodland climbs the valley slopes. The park also supports a small, threatened, ecosystem of greybox grassy woodland.
Today, this 51 hectare park offers a stunning combination of easy and technical trails in the south-eastern suburbs.
