Take yourself on an adventure with our experienced volunteer run leaders and friendly clubmates.
Second Sunday Social runs are held on the second Sunday of every month, except where they clash with TRSA trail races.
New places, same friendly faces and no fear of getting lost! New runners are welcome.
Participation is at your own risk and you must be fully self-sufficient.

Beginner to advanced social trail running
These runs will cater to a diverse group of runners with multiple distance options.
Course details: Details are updated monthly on this page and on our social.
Pace: Go your own pace, as fast or slow as you want. There is no pressure on you to keep up with the group – pair up with someone at your pace or turn around when you’ve had enough.
Gear: Runners to be self-sufficient.
Closure: No runs on TRSA race days.
Runs will be cancelled on catastrophic fire or extreme weather days.
Coffee afterwards: Yes please! At a local cafe near the location.

Winter fun in Sturt Gorge.
Description: We’ll meet behind Blackwood Football Club.
Distance: We have two options: #1 is approximately 9 km and #2 is approximately 16 km. Routes will be confirmed soon.
Toilets: Public toilets at Blackwood Football Club.
Time: 7.45 am for an 8.00 am start.
